Terms and Conditions

1. Overview
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of services provided by Harborway Home Solutions ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"). By scheduling, purchasing, or using our services, you agree to these Terms.
We provide exterior property maintenance services, including gutter cleaning and downspout clearing, for residential and commercial properties.
2. Services Provided
Our services are limited to non-structural exterior maintenance only, including:
- Gutter cleaning
- Downspout clearing
- Seasonal maintenance visits
- Scheduled property maintenance services
We do not provide roofing, construction, installation, or structural repair services.
3. Scheduling and Service Access
Appointments are scheduled based on availability and service area.
Customers are responsible for ensuring:
- Safe and reasonable access to the property
- Clear access to service areas
- Accurate contact and property information
We reserve the right to reschedule services due to weather, safety concerns, or operational needs.
4. Payments and Billing
Payment terms are as follows:
- Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in advance
- Recurring service plans are billed according to the agreed schedule (monthly, seasonal, or per visit)
- Payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors
- We do not store full credit card or banking information
Failure to complete payment may result in suspension or cancellation of services.
5. Pay After Service (If Applicable)
In most cases, services are billed after completion. Service completion is defined as the successful performance of scheduled maintenance at the property.
6. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Customers may request to cancel or reschedule services by contacting us in advance.
- Cancellations made at least 24 hours before a scheduled appointment may be rescheduled without penalty
- Late cancellations or no-access situations may be subject to a fee to cover scheduling and operational costs
7. Refund Policy
Because our services involve scheduled on-site labor and completed maintenance work, payments are non-refundable once a service has been completed.
If you are not satisfied with a completed service, please contact us within 48 hours so we can review your concern and determine an appropriate resolution. Depending on the situation, we may:
- Re-perform the service (if applicable)
- Address the specific concern area
- Issue a service credit toward a future visit (at our discretion)
We are committed to resolving service concerns fairly and professionally.
8. Service Limitations
Our services are limited to exterior, non-structural maintenance only.
We do not:
- Perform roofing work or repairs
- Perform construction or structural services
- Provide installation services
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if conditions are unsafe or outside our service scope.
9. Property Conditions and Liability
Customers are responsible for ensuring safe access to the property.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company is not responsible for:
- Pre-existing property conditions or defects
- Damage resulting from unsafe or inaccessible conditions
- Issues unrelated to the services performed
Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific service provided.
10. Recurring Services
If enrolled in a recurring maintenance plan:
- Services will be performed on a scheduled recurring basis
- Billing will occur according to the selected plan
- Customers may cancel recurring services with written notice
11. Third-Party Services
We may use third-party providers for payment processing, scheduling, communication, and related operations. We are not responsible for the policies or actions of third-party providers.
12. Dispute Resolution
We encourage customers to contact us directly to resolve any concerns before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback.
Most issues can typically be resolved quickly through direct communication.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any updates.
